If you love The Wing and your perfect summer bod, we’ve got you covered. We have a bunch of lighter and delicious(-er) menu items that will still give you the wild fix you need!


Where else would we start but the starters? Kickoff your meal with some fiesta flare by digging into one of our two quesadilla options! Enjoy our Chicken Quesadilla with caramelized onions and roasted peppers in a cheesy, golden brown tortilla topped off with sour cream and salsa. If you’re staying meat free or just trying to load up on veggies, try our Veggie Quesadilla. It features black beans, roasted corn, poblano peppers, caramelized onions, tomatoes, and roasted peppers!

Soups and Salads

Any of our soups or salads are pretty obvious options, with the added bonus of getting your chicken fix in, too! If salads are already your go-to pick at The Wing, try considering some lighter dressings. We recommend Fat Free Italian, Light Ranch, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Honey Lime Cilantro, or Creamy Sriracha!

Sandwiches and Burgers

Our Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich is the perfect option for a lighter-lunch. Close your eyes and picture a perfectly grilled chicken breast, topped with shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and secret sauce laying in front of you. Mouthwatering, right?

Our Char-Grilled Chicken Feathers are the perfect substitute to wings. They’re grilled, boneless, skinless tenders that can be drenched in any of our wild wing sauces! Or if you’re feeling adventurous, order our Char-Grilled Shrimp Skewers instead. Each of these entrees are served with two exciting extras. Complete your meal with one of these lighter sides:
